To make your shopping experience easier, safer and more convienent, we have developed the following guidelines. The Radio Store must be a WIN - WIN - WIN situation between the retailer, the radio station and YOU the listener.
What is the Radio Store?
The Radio Store was developed to save you money on on a wide variety of everyday items like restaurants, golfing, oil changes, and many more; from some of your favorite local business and merchants. All the Radio Store Certificates are sold at half of the retail value. You $AVE 50% on every purchase!
How does it work?

Here is the way shopping at the Radio Store works:
When can I buy certificates?
The Radio Store accepts orders by telephone or fax, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm. Sorry we cannot accept in-person or walk-in purchasing of certificates. More on ordering certificates.
For your convenience we will accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, or Discover card. There will be a 10% convenience service charge added to each order (minimum #1.00 / maximum $2.00) for delivery.
Your order will be processed quickly and your Radio Store Certificates will arrive by USPS mail within a 4 to 7 days, making your shopping even easier, you never have to leave your home, your Radio Store Certificates come right to your door.

CERTIFICATE INSTRUCTIONS / CONDITIONS
Please read, understand and follow these simple guidelines, before ordering from the Radio Store.
When purchasing certificates, please read each one carefully. The follow conditions are printed on the back of each certificate.
Effective November 1, 2013 there will be a slight modification to the Radio Store ordering policy. Radio Store representatives will only accept one order per telephone call or FAX.
If you’ve been in the habit of telephoning to place your order and then passing the phone to another person in your office or placing their order for them, we can no longer accommodate this practice. Also, this policy applies to orders submitted by fax. Individual fax calls will be required for each order rather than sending several orders in a single fax transmission/call.
Please understand that careful consideration and thought went into this change in an effort to accommodate our customers by further “leveling the playing field”. We feel this modification to the ordering process will more fairly distribute the limited supply we have of each type of certificate. All our customers are important to us and we hope this change will not affect your future participation.
You may purchase one certificate per business per month. In order to maximize exposure for our participating businesses, The Radio Store and/or the business reserve the right to limit your purchase of a specific gift certificate, or to limit specific items on a per-household basis.
The Radio Store is not liable/responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen orders via the mail.
TIPPING, TAXES, CHANGE
When using a certificate at a restaurant or business where tipping is appropriate, please make sure that you leave a tip! Customers are reminded that tips are not a part of the certificate and one of the conditions of the purchase is to leave the server an adequate tip...a minimum of 15% of the entire amount of the check. Failure to abide by this condition will result in the loss of restaurants available in the Radio Store.
No change will be given if you fail to use the entire amount of the certificate. No exceptions. All taxes are the responsiblity of customer.
All certificates must be redeemed before the expiration date. No refunds or exchanges will be given on any expired certificates and we are not able to extend any expiration date. No refunds/exchanges will be given on any certificates you have received for free. No exceptions.
LOST, STOLEN, MUTILATED & EXPIRED CERTIFICATES
Lost, stolen, mutilated, and expired certificates are treated just like cash. Once you take possession of a certificate you are responsible for its safety and well-being. Certificates cannot be replaced under any circumstances. Keep them in a safe place until you are ready to use them.
All certificates are subject to certain restrictions or conditions. These restrictions must be observed. We encourage you to try different businesses and not to use a certificate every time you visit a given business. Before purchasing gift certificates please review them or ask a Radio Store associate to explain any restrictions. When possible, please try to spend above and beyond the value of the gift certificate.
If an unexpired certificate does not work, we will exchange it for another certicate in the amount for which you paid for it. For example, in the case of a $10 certificate, for which you paid $5, you would be credited $5 towards the purchase of another certificate, or you can request a refund of the purchase price.
SPREAD THE WORD!
When possible, take the time to write a letter to the Owner/Manager letting them know your experience and how much you appreciate their participation in the Radio Store. If you are a new customer to that business inform them that you heard about their business through the Radio Store.
Also, be sure to tell your friends and family members about all of the fantasic deals from great area businesses available through the Radio Store.
